Payment and GST/ Taxes
This website accepts payment methods supported by Shopify - refer to you payment options at checkout. Bank transfers are not supported.

Prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.  ATO advises GST now applies to all orders and can be viewed at checkout. Any import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Gift Cards
Non-refundable. Gift cards expire after 2 years from date of purchase. 

POSTAGE/ SHIPPING

When ordering a combination of products, these may arrive in separate shipments. Shopify has updated its web checkout to be more clear to customers shipments will arrive separately and within different timeframes.  All shipping comes with tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:  We work within Shopify's split shipping standard. Peak Transit offers standard or express post options for small items (pins, magnets, notebooks, stickers). Postage costs will vary depending on what you order and where you live. 3 levels of standard shipping costs = $5, $8 or $14. 3 tiers of express shipping costs = $8, $12 or $18. You will pay a max of $14 or $18 shipping based on product combinations. Free standard shipping for orders over $100 for Australian customers only. The relevant shipping rates are shown at checkout and may be labelled as 'savings' or 'discounts' - this is only because of the coding used on the site to create more tailored shipping options for customers. Generally shipping rates have come down in price with this new approach.

Shipping timeframes: smaller items will ship quicker than the larger items. This is due to the time for our print-on-demand partner to prepare, print and ship your order.

Magnets, keyrings, pins and stickers are posted within 1-3 business days of receiving your purchase and shipped by Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We do not use courier partners.

• 5-8 business days to most metro areas in Australia. Express post shipping still takes 6-7 business days from order to delivery and still subject to production times

We cannot accept returns or process refunds if you change your mind. We will exchange if there is a problem or damage to your item. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping address will be advised when in touch.
